Privacy Policy — WildFarm Sync

WildFarm Sync is an internal tool used by the owners of this website to connect our own
Facebook pages and Google Business Profile listings to our websites and YouTube channels.
It is not a public product; we do not offer it to other businesses or third parties.
What we access
Facebook: page content (posts, photos, videos) belonging to pages we
administer, and it may publish content to those same pages.
Google Business Profile: when a Google Account is connected, this app uses
Google OAuth to access Business Profile data for locations we own or manage —
business listing information (name, address, phone number, website, categories and opening
hours), customer reviews and our replies to them, and performance insights such as search
impressions, calls and website clicks. Our use of this data is limited to managing our own
business listings.
How we use it
Data is used only to synchronise our own content across our websites, to publish and schedule
our own posts, to read and respond to reviews of our own listings, and to review the performance
of our own listings. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties. We do not use
Google user data for advertising, for training machine-learning models, or to determine
creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
How we store and protect it
Authentication tokens are stored on a private server accessible only to the owners of this
business and are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
WildFarm Sync’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app
will adhere to the Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deleting your data
You can revoke this app’s access to your Google Account at any time at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Requests to review, correct or delete any data we hold can be made at any time by emailing
info@wildfarm.co.za, and we will action them within 30 days.
